I felt ALMOST better on Tuesday so I did a 4 mile interval run.OWWWWW! OWWWWW! OWWWWW!
Now I am sure I will not be able to run again until it is completelyhealed!

I felt ALMOST better on Tuesday so I did a 4 mile interval run.
Here is the picture that I will use as inspiration. It is my Feb. 2006 Wedding Cruise picture. I was at 200 lbs and I'm the guy getting out of the pool. (Thankfully not one of the two sitting on the bench.)


And what does it say about me when I just couldn't pass the yard where people were offering beer on Dunkirk Drive. I had to have a taste, meaning a couple of swigs.
I think I have finally beaten that iliotibial band problem. But I am still behind in training for the WPS Half Marathon on April 30th.It had been going on since before this Resolution Run on January 1, 2006 up until the week of March 26.
I have been doing a combination of icing, anti-inflammatories, strengthening, stretching along with visiting the Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Massage Therapist and Sports Medicine Physician.
We'll see what happens on April 30th.
